Although I don't have a collection of wild unusual animals, on occasion I may have some wild or unusual stories. Maybe or maybe not.

Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas everyone!
Currently Oklahoma is in the middle or was in the middle of a blizzard. The news was saying it was about 14 inches of snow!
Christmas eve was crazy at work. The weather was pretty bad and at times it was very hard to see, but that didn’t stop people from coming into the store. At about noon people started calling in, team members parents and rides were coming in to pick them up. We were close to having no one but guests in the store. Thankfully we got word to close the store early. Particular events of the day that are vivid in my mind:
- Crazy last minute shoppers shopping in the middle of a Blizzard
- People complaining the floor is wet and that someone needs to mop when there are wet floor signs everywhere and SOMEONE MOPPING THE FLOOR
- Ambulance getting stuck in the fire lane
- Guests getting mad at us because their car is stuck in the snow and they can’t get home.
- Guests getting mad because we closed early due to the blizzard and safety for our team.
The only thing I didn’t get yelled was us not having whatever they were looking for.
Luckily for me I made it home safely without getting stuck in the snow. I’ve always been slightly resentful of my SUV because I miss the car I had before. Today was the day I realized that my SUV is a beast. Not once did I get stuck and it was a smooth ride minus trying to weave in and out between stranded vehicles.
Hopefully I can drive in the morning/afternoon. It would be great to spend Christmas with at least my brothers. Otherwise it will be just me, my dad, and the dogs while my mom is stuck at work and my brothers are stuck in Norman. Hope everyone has a safe Christmas! I’ll try to post pictures when I wake up and there is sunlight.

I think that was everything!
I decided since there is only 1 present for me under my Christmas tree, that I would buy myself some Christmas presents. Before work I bought Bones seasons 1 & 2 and the 500 days of Summer dvd. I can’t wait to watch it!
There's no "I" in Team
I think it might be time to stop depending on some of the people in my life. It’s just disappointing.
The Drunken Fry
Last night proved to be quite the interesting night. I hung out with my friends Mark and Brian for a little bit at a Filipino Christmas party. I haven’t been around the Filipino crowd and I was reminded how ackward it was to be at parties like these. There were so many people I didn’t know and recognize.
Afterwards I went to the Drunken Fry to meet up Chris. The Drunken Fry is located right across the street from my favorite bar called Edna’s. The Drunken Fry is known for their beer and fries. It was definitely good hangs with Chris. By the end of the evening the liqour had kicked in. I parted ways Chris and waited for someone to pick me up as I was too intoxicated to drive.
I decided to walk across the street to Edna’s to use the bathroom. I did my thing and went back to the car. I had to use the bathroom again so I walked back over to Edna’s. I decided that while I waited I would get a Lunchbox at the bar until my ride got there. Some guy came up next to me, bought me a drink and offered me sex. Hahaha I thought it was quite funny. He kept telling me he didn’t want a relationship just a one night stand. I politely said no thank you and thanks for the drink. I proceeded to tell him that I’m sure someone at this bar would love to have sex with him just not me. He then said “but I don’t want to have sex with anyone but you!” I then told him what about that girl on the other side of you…..she’s hot! Haha so then he started to talk to that girl and quickly slipped away and headed back to my car.
So yea I realize now that what I did was pretty stupid and I really could have gotten myself into a lot of trouble. Sorry for all the drunken texts and calls!!!
